İranlı Öğrenciler Haber Ajansı İSNA'nın haberine göre, merkez üssü Hürmüzgan eyaletine bağlı Taht kenti olan zelzele bölgesel saatle 18.55'te kaydedildi.

5,1 büyüklüğündeki zelzelenin yerin 18 kilometre derinliğinde meydana geldiği belirtildi.

Depremde mal ya da can kaybı olup olmadığına ilişkin henüz açıklama yapılmadı.
